Gold seems to be caught in a narrow range at the moment. The 20 and 50 SMAs are very close to the current price, indicating a lack of strong directional momentum. I am curious to see if it will break above or below this consolidation area in the coming days. I think it's wise to wait for confirmation.

@StarWave71 I agree, it's definitely a waiting game. I'm seeing the same thing with the SMAs being so close together. Makes it hard to predict the next move. tbh, I'm leaning bearish, but I don't wanna jump in without more confirmation. Maybe waiting for a break below the Bollinger Band lower band at 5048? Or a clear rejection at the pivot point? It's tough out here for us newbies lol.
