It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day price swings, but I'm trying to remind myself that consistent progress comes from patience and discipline. Seeing that headline about the Iran situation and how it affected the price really hammered home that external factors can create a lot of noise. My goal is to build a trading plan that isn't easily shaken by those short-term movements, focusing more on the long-term trend and solid technical setups rather than chasing every little flicker. It’s about developing that inner calm, even when the charts look chaotic.
