XAUUSD Mar 13
Okay, so I went short on XAUUSD earlier at 5070. Seeing it drop now, which is great. I'm thinking about moving my stop loss to breakeven to secure some profits. Is that too early, or should I let it run a bit more??? 🤔 What do you guys think?

Also, RSI is oversold, so maybe a small pullback is coming... just being cautious. Plus i have lunch soon so want to secure profits

Hey @musicEthan! I get wanting to secure profits, it feels good! 😄 I'm also a beginner and still learning, but what I've seen is that sometimes moving to breakeven too early can cut a trade short. Maybe try trailing your stop instead? Like, if it hits a certain profit target, move the stop up but not all the way to entry yet. Just an idea!
