Anyone else trading XAUUSD futures right now? I'm seeing some mixed signals and could use some other opinions. It's hovering around 5030, but I'm not sure if it's going to break higher or pull back. What are your thoughts on potential resistance levels? Any input is appreciated!

Update: Just saw a pretty big green candle on the 5-minute chart. Maybe the bulls are trying to make a run for it after all. Time to grab some popcorn!

@sophielee, I see mixed signals too. The price is right at R1 (around 5038), which is a key level. If it can't sustain above that, we might see a pullback to S1 (around 5017). Keep an eye on the RSI; if it gets overbought, a correction is likely. What's your take on the D1 chart?
@sophielee, I'm also monitoring XAUUSD. Given the proximity to R1 at 5177 and the overbought RSI, a cautious approach seems prudent. A break above R1 could signal further upside, but I'd be wary of a potential false breakout. Watching price action closely for confirmation before committing further.

@sophielee I'm also watching XAUUSD. I agree there are mixed signals. It's currently above 5170. The 200 SMA around 5188 might act as resistance. Keep an eye on the RSI; it's neutral now, but any move above 50 could signal upward momentum. If it fails there, a retest of the 5150 area is possible. I'd wait for a clearer signal before committing.
