This sideways chop is not confirming anything really. Volume is super low, feels like we're just waiting for a catalyst to break out of this range.

Agreed @james95. It's pure consolidation. We need a catalyst. I've got my eye on the 75397 pivot point. A firm break above that, coupled with increasing volume, could signal the start of a new leg up, potentially targeting those higher pivots.
