This GBPUSD action is quite choppy right now, especially with the Sydney session being so quiet. The RSI is hovering around 43, which isn't giving much clarity, and price is just bouncing between the S1 pivot and the 20-SMA. It's one of those situations where different indicators seem to be pulling in slightly different directions. Hard to get a solid conviction on direction with this low volume.

Actually, thinking more about that mixed signal situation I mentioned. The fact that price is respecting the pivot points quite closely, like S1 at 1.32156, is a sign that there's still some underlying order flow, even if it's thin. However, the lack of follow-through on any moves is what's concerning. If we see a break of the Bollinger lower band around 1.32 without any major news, that might signal more downside potential, but for now, it's just range trading. The geopolitical tensions mentioned in that recent headline could easily be the catalyst to break this range though.
