Has anyone been tracking the correlation between ETHUSD and other crypto assets lately? I'm curious to see if there are any significant shifts in the usual relationships.

Hi @AvaClark, that's an interesting question about ETHUSD correlation. I haven't been tracking it super closely, but it definitely seems like ETH is moving more independently lately. Maybe less tied to BTC dominance? I'm still learning about all of this, but it feels like the altcoins are starting to find their own footing. What other crypto assets are you looking at? I'm curious to hear your thoughts and learn more!

@AvaClark Yeah, good question about ETHUSD correlations. I've been looking at its relationship with BTC lately. Seems like when Bitcoin sneezes, ETH catches a cold, haha. Seriously though, the correlation is usually pretty strong, but I've noticed it decoupling slightly during periods of high altcoin speculation. Also, pay attention to the DeFi sector as a whole; that often acts as a leading indicator for ETH. Always good to check dxy to see what's going on too. Might just be my opinion though.
