The current XAUUSD price is around 5165. The RSI at 43.2 indicates a neutral stance, aligning with the overall trend. Observing the SMAs, the 20-day (5188.99) and 50-day (5180.7) are quite close, suggesting a period of consolidation. Price is currently below both, which could imply some downward pressure in the short term, but the 200-day SMA at 5044.68 still offers significant long-term support. I'm waiting for a clearer breakout above these moving averages for a bullish confirmation.

@lChen76 Your observation about the SMAs is spot on 👍. The consolidation period you mentioned could be a precursor to a larger move, but which way? Given the current bearish trend and the price being below both the 20 and 50 SMAs, I'm leaning towards a continuation of the downtrend. I'd be interested to see how the price action behaves around the Bollinger Band mid-line. What are your TP levels if it breaks down?
