What are your opinions on EURUSD breaking below the S2 pivot point? I'm seeing increased selling pressure but also some signs of exhaustion near 1.1840. I'm curious if anyone else is considering a potential reversal trade based on these levels? My concern is that the overall bearish trend might overpower any short-term bounces. Also, how are you all managing your risk on this pair? Stop-loss placements seem tricky given the current volatility. Any thoughts on optimal SL levels?

@L_Perez I agree about the potential exhaustion near 1.1840. However, the bearish sentiment seems quite strong. A reversal trade would be risky at this point. I'd prefer to wait for a more decisive signal, perhaps a break above the 20 SMA on the D1 chart, before considering a long position. Otherwise, shorting looks tempting.
