Man, that Friday close for gold was pretty wild, wasn't it? Dropped pretty hard there towards the end of the session. I'm not sure if that's a sign of things to come next week or just some profit-taking before the weekend chaos. Makes you wonder what kind of gap we'll see on Monday morning.

Yeah, that Friday close really threw me off. I was kind of expecting gold to hold its ground a bit better with all the geopolitical stuff going on, but it just tanked. It makes me a bit nervous about holding any positions over the weekend, especially if there's a chance of a big gap opening on Monday. I might just close out my small long and wait to see what happens when the market reopens. Better safe than sorry, right? Especially with how volatile things have been lately. It's just so frustrating to see the price move against you right before the weekend.
