Watching the USDJPY closely this evening. With that US jobs data looming and the ongoing geopolitical tensions, I'm expecting some significant volatility. The market seems a bit undecided right now, hovering around that 159.60 level, but I anticipate a clear directional move once the US session really gets going and especially after the NFP figures are released.

Actually, thinking more about that jobs report and the headlines regarding the US Dollar's strength due to geopolitical storms... if the data comes out stronger than expected, it could really push USDJPY higher. The dollar index has already been surging, and if that continues, it's hard to see this pair not breaking above that 159.80 resistance, maybe even challenging 160. I might consider adding to a long position if we see a solid breakout on decent volume, but I'll need to see confirmation first. It's a bit nerve-wracking because these geopolitical events can flip things so fast, but the underlying economic trend for the dollar seems robust for now.
