EURUSD Mar 1
EURUSD ended the week pretty bullish, didn't it? Closing above 1.18 is a good sign. I'm wondering if we'll see a continuation next week. The 20 and 50 SMAs are about to cross, which could signal even more upside. I'll be watching closely for a breakout above R1.

Update: Thinking about the potential impact of that news about Iran... If the market opens with a risk-off sentiment on Monday, EURUSD might initially drop. However, a weaker USD due to safe-haven flows into other currencies could actually benefit EURUSD in the long run. I'm considering adjusting my strategy to account for this increased volatility. Maybe a wider stop loss is needed. I'll also be monitoring the early Asian session for clues. It's gonna be an interesting week, that's for sure. Might even hedge with some gold if things get too crazy.

@thomasthompson I agree that the bullish close last week was notable, but I'm hesitant to jump into a long position just yet. The SMAs crossing is definitely something to watch, but the news regarding Iran could introduce significant volatility and risk-off sentiment. A flight to safety might strengthen the USD, potentially negating the bullish technical signals. I'll be waiting for a clearer indication of market direction before committing to a trade. Perhaps a pullback to test the 1.1740 level before any further upside.
