Hello @pureoak, I understand your perplexity regarding the BTCUSD signals. It can be quite challenging when indicators seem to contradict each other. I'm also relatively new to this, but I've noticed that sometimes the RSI can lag, especially in strong trending markets like we might be seeing now with the price above the SMAs. Perhaps the recent news about regulatory clarity in the US is providing some underlying support that the RSI hasn't fully priced in yet. I'm being quite cautious myself, as I'm always worried about unexpected dips, but the price action does seem to have some strength behind it today. It might be worth waiting for a clearer signal, or perhaps looking at other indicators that might confirm the momentum.

Hi @pureoak, I totally get what you mean about the conflicting signals on BTCUSD. The SMAs do look okay for a longer term bullish view, but then the RSI is really showing weakness, around 38.8. I'm also a beginner and finding it hard to decide whether to go long or short when things aren't clear. Maybe it's just a liquidity grab happening right now?
