@graywolf I totally get what you mean about that Friday close. It did feel pretty bearish, and I was a bit worried about what we'd see opening up this morning. Seeing gold drop like that, especially after the geopolitical news about the Middle East, makes you think twice. My main thought was whether that drop was just a temporary shakeout or the start of a bigger move down. I'm watching the 4500 level closely now, it seems to be holding for the moment. If it breaks below that, I might be looking at further downside too. It's tough when the market ends the week with such uncertainty, makes for a long weekend staring at charts in your head.

@graywolf I hear you on that Friday close, it was pretty rough watching it dip. Felt like a big liquidity grab to be honest, especially with how quickly it fell off. I was thinking it might retrace a bit more this morning but Sydney session is so dead, hardly anything moving. My gut tells me the news about the US-Iran talks is still the bigger driver for gold right now, even if the charts look a bit iffy. If those talks go south, we could see a serious drop, but if they go well... well, that's what's keeping me up at night with my position. I'm hoping for some clarity soon, this sideways action is killing me.
