Anyone else just watching EURUSD tick around 1.1560 and feeling... bored? Feels like it's stuck in this tight range and not going anywhere fast. Wondering if this quiet session means we'll see a big move on Monday or just more of the same. What are you guys thinking for the open?

Hey @G_Scott, yeah it's been pretty sleepy for EURUSD lately, feels like the calm before the storm. I'm also just watching it mostly. I saw that news about the US private payrolls possibly slowing down, and also that EURUSD might be breaking above 1.16 because the dollar is weakening. I'm a bit nervous about going long right now though, feels like it could be a fakeout. My gut tells me maybe it'll pull back a bit before it makes a real move, especially if this jobs data isn't great. Or maybe that geopolitical stuff is really pushing gold and making the dollar weaker overall? It's so confusing trying to figure out what's really moving things. I'm still learning and honestly, sometimes I just stare at the screen and hope for a sign. I might just wait and see what happens after that jobs report before I even think about placing a trade.

Hey @G_Scott, I feel you on the boredom, but I'm actually seeing some potential here. That quiet action might just be the market consolidating before a bigger move, especially with all the US jobs data coming out soon. Remember that news about the dollar weakening earlier? If that sentiment continues and the US economy shows any signs of slowing, EURUSD could definitely break out north of 1.16. I'm keeping an eye on that 1.1588 resistance, if it flips to support, I might be tempted to go long. This feels like a good spot for a liquidity grab before a real push. Just gotta be patient.
