DXY closed pretty flat on Friday, didn't it? Hardly any movement. Wonder if that means we'll see a bigger move next week. Hope it's not downwards!

Update: Thinking about Friday's close a bit more... It's almost like everyone was waiting for something. Maybe the US data next week will give it a kick. I'm still learning about all this, but it seems like the dollar needs a reason to move. I'm hoping it will go up. Is it wise to look at the futures market over the weekend to see where it might open on Monday? Or is that just a waste of time?
@grace5514 Hey Grace! I totally agree, the consolidation last week was super tight. When DXY coils up like that, it usually precedes a pretty explosive move! 💥 Keep an eye on those SMAs, especially the 200. If it breaks through that, we're talking serious bullish momentum. Just manage your risk and be ready to react either way! 😉
