So, I've been watching EURUSD for the past few days, and it's like watching paint dry. I'm trying to figure out if this is a good time to buy or sell, but it's just chopping around. The 200 SMA is right around 1.1854, which seems to be acting as a magnet. I'm thinking maybe wait for a clear break above or below that level before making a move. I'm still practicing, trying to learn more about support and resistance. Any tips?

@brandonwhite11 Yeah, that 200 SMA can be a real pain sometimes. Price just loves to hang around it. Maybe wait for a solid break and retest before jumping in, just a thought.

@brandonwhite11, I agree that EURUSD has been indecisive lately. You're right to focus on the 200 SMA; it's definitely a significant level. However, I wouldn't rely solely on a break of that moving average. Consider looking at the RSI and MACD for additional confirmation. A sustained break above 1.1840 coupled with a bullish crossover on the MACD and an RSI above 60 could signal a stronger uptrend. Also, keep an eye on the upcoming ECB meeting; their policy decisions will heavily influence the pair's direction. Manage your risk accordingly!
