Just finished watching a breakdown on YouTube about how institutions were positioning ahead of the Sydney session. The guy was talking about how liquidity dries up and they can easily sweep the lows before pushing price. He thinks GBPUSD might retrace a bit here after that recent push up, especially with the Eurozone inflation news on the horizon. Definitely something to keep an eye on, could be a trap for retail sellers.

@AmandaMiller90 I agree. Seeing how the institutions position is key. That 1.3230 area looks like a resistance zone on the 1H chart, and with the dollar strengthening, a liquidity grab lower before a potential bounce seems plausible.
