USDJPY seems to be stuck in a bit of a rut. Not seeing any real momentum in either direction at the moment. Could be a good time for scalpers, but I'm holding off until I see a clearer trend. Maybe news later this week will shake things up?

@ThunderBolt59 I totally agree with you, mate! USDJPY has been proper boring this week. I'm also a scalper and this chop is killing me! I'm trying to learn more about identifying these periods of consolidation. Any tips on how to spot them early? I'm thinking of maybe using tighter stop losses, but then I get stopped out way too easily. Maybe waiting for a breakout would be better? tbh I'm a bit lost haha. What do you usually do when you see this kind of sideways movement?
