For me, it’s about defined risk. I set my profit targets, but more importantly, my stop loss levels before I even look at the entry. If the setup doesn't offer a favorable R:R, I simply pass. Chasing trades or letting losses run is a surefire way to deplete the account. Sticking to the plan is the only way.
