Risk management is key for this pair, especially with this volatility. I usually set my stop loss at 0.5% of my account size maximum. Anything more is asking for trouble, no matter how confident you are in the trade. It's better to miss a big move than get wiped out by a sudden reversal.

And to add, I never let a losing trade turn into a losing position. If it's moving against me and hitting my predefined levels, it's out. No emotional attachment. This whole Iran/dollar strength thing is making me cautious on GBPUSD right now, hence the tight stops.
