Honestly, I'm starting to think my trading strategy is just 'buy high, sell low'. Saw a bit of a dip earlier and thought 'oh, this is it, time to get in', and now it's just… hovering. Feels like I'm always a day late or a dollar short on these moves.

Seriously though, I need to stop chasing these quick moves. It's like I see a tiny pullback and my brain just screams 'BUY NOW!' without even checking if there's actual support there. And then I end up stuck with a position that just slowly bleeds out. I should really be looking at the bigger picture, like these news about geopolitical risks and potential recessions, but I get distracted by the chart. It’s a bad habit I need to break if I want to stop losing money.
