I've been experimenting with scaling out of winning trades. When BTCUSD hit resistance around 74k earlier, I took 30% off the table. If it breaks higher, I'll add another 20% on a confirmed breakout above 75k. This helps lock in profits while still allowing for further upside participation.

@oliversmith77 Scaling out is smart, man. I wish I could do that. Last week when it was at 74k, I thought it was going straight to the moon, so I was all in on a long. Then BAM, it just reversed. My whole position got wiped out. Now I'm just watching this 70k level like a hawk, too scared to even get back in. You taking profits like that, that's the pro move I need to learn. I always seem to hold on too long and end up giving it all back. Seriously, how do you guys have the patience to do that? I just see red and panic.
