Update: I'm also keeping an eye on the Bollinger Bands; the price is currently testing the upper band, which could indicate a short-term overextension.

To add to my previous analysis, the 20-day SMA is providing dynamic support around 2040, which could act as a key level to watch in case of a retracement.
@MiaC87 I see what you mean about the RSI, it's always a good idea to watch for those pullbacks! I'm still learning how to read all the signals properly tho haha
@MiaC87 I agree with the potential pullback due to the RSI being near overbought. But I am a bit nervous about shorting. ETHUSD has been quite resilient lately. Maybe wait for confirmation before entering a short position? I'm still learning, so any thoughts are welcome!
