Just noticing how ETHUSD keeps respecting that 200 SMA on the daily. Bounced off it a few times now. Seems like a key level for the bulls to defend. If we see a break below that, things could get a bit dicey, and we might see a move down towards 2000. Keep an eye on it.

@trueriver I agree that the 200 SMA is a key level, but I'm also watching the Bollinger Band middle line around 2123.91. A decisive break above that could signal a shift in momentum. However, given the current market conditions, I'm expecting a period of consolidation before any significant move. We should also consider the impact of upcoming news releases.

Ethan, your point about the 200 SMA on the daily is well-taken. It has indeed acted as a robust support level in the past. A decisive break below that could trigger significant selling pressure. I'm also monitoring the D1 RSI; a move below 40 might confirm the bearish momentum. If that level fails, a move towards 2000 is definitely probable. I think we need to see a clear break to confirm the direction.
