I'm watching the Bollinger Bands closely. The price is currently testing the lower band around 1939. A decisive break below this level could signal further downside, potentially towards the S2 pivot at 1901. On the other hand, if it holds, we might see a bounce back towards the 20-day SMA. What are your thoughts on the bands as a leading indicator?

Following up on my earlier post about the Bollinger Bands... The current ETHUSD price action is quite interesting. We have the 20, 50, and 200 SMAs all converging around the 1982-1993 range, which could act as a significant resistance zone if we see a bounce. If the price fails to break above these moving averages, it might confirm the bearish sentiment indicated by the RSI. I'm also considering the Fibonacci retracement levels from the recent high to the low to identify potential support and resistance areas. A break below 1900 would be quite concerning, imo, and might signal a deeper correction. Just my two cents.
