Hey @A_Hall, that's an interesting thought about real estate, but I've been pretty glued to the precious metals charts lately. Abigail, you mentioned silver being a rollercoaster – totally agree. It's been choppy around these 72.50 levels. I'm watching the 50 SMA on the daily, which is sitting just above current price at 72.83. If we can push through that and hold it as support, it might give us a better indication of a sustained move higher. For now, it feels like it's consolidating, trying to decide which way to break. Keep an eye on that 73.48 resistance too, it's been a tough nut to crack recently.
