Potential short setup forming on GBPUSD. The RSI is currently at 32.8, indicating oversold conditions, but momentum still seems to be favoring the downside. I'll be looking for a pullback towards the 20 SMA around 1.35344 to potentially enter a short position. Target would be the S2 pivot at 1.34119, with a stop loss just above the 50 SMA at 1.35257. Risk-reward ratio is approximately 1:2. Always manage your risk appropriately.
