Just trying to decide if I should set a stop loss before Monday or just wait and see. I hate the thought of losing more money if it gaps down, but I also don't want to exit too early.

@sfoElizabeth, I totally get your worry about the gap down on Monday. It's a classic weekend dilemma! Given how much gold jumped on Friday, there's definitely a risk it could pull back hard. Personally, I like to set a tighter stop-loss, maybe just below that Friday close or a significant FVG if one formed. It gives me peace of mind knowing I won't get completely wiped out if something unexpected happens overnight. It's better to take a small, controlled loss than a huge, panicked one. Plus, if the move continues higher on Monday, you can always re-enter. Don't let fear make you a bag holder!
