One thing I've learned the hard way is not to overtrade during news events. The volatility can really mess with your stop losses, especially with USDJPY. Even if you have a good setup, the whipsaws can take you out. Better to wait for the dust to settle and then reassess. Patience is key, especially with all this global uncertainty lately.

@kevin2742 Totally agree, Kevin! News events are just traps sometimes. Better to stay out and protect your capital. I've been swept the lows too many times during those spikes.
