Well, that was a strong close to the week for gold. Over 2% gain, RSI way overbought. I'm wondering if we'll see a gap up on Monday morning to start the week. Weekend thoughts... I'm flat right now, so just watching. Anyone holding over the weekend?
Update: Thinking about that Friday close more... The move above 5100 was pretty decisive. I'm leaning bullish for next week, but that RSI is a concern. A retest of the 5080 area (R1 pivot) would be a good buying opportunity, imo. I'll be watching for a potential fakeout early in the week before committing to a long position. Need to see how the dollar reacts too. Still a lot of uncertainty out there, even with the bullish close. Good weekend to all.
