Man, this XAUUSD action has been wild today. Seeing it drop like this after that Fed news is intense. Lots of fear out there, and you can feel it. People are probably rushing to get out, creating more liquidity grabs. I'm seeing some decent selling pressure, but that RSI is screaming oversold. Feels like a tricky spot, could be a bounce or a further drop into that 4500 zone. Gotta watch those order blocks carefully, they'll tell us where the big money is stepping in. This volatility is definitely not for the faint of heart.

@rahul86 I agree, the liquidity is so thin right now it's making me nervous. I'm watching gold carefully, but it's hard to get a clear read with these quiet Asian hours and all the geopolitical noise swirling around. Feels like we're just waiting for something big to happen.
