Hello everyone,
I am new to trading XAUUSD and I am trying to understand the best indicators to use. I've been looking at the Simple Moving Averages, but I am not sure which period is the most reliable. Should I focus on the 20-day, 50-day, or 200-day SMA, or perhaps a combination of them? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have also noticed the Bollinger Bands, which seem to provide a range for the price movement. Currently, the price is near the upper band. Does this suggest a potential overbought condition, or could it indicate further upward momentum? I am trying to correlate this with the SMA values, but I am a bit confused. Any insights would be helpful!
