I'm looking at the Bollinger Bands on BTCUSD right now. The price is right around the middle band, and the bands are starting to tighten. Usually, that signals a period of lower volatility before a bigger move. My question is, which way do you think it will break? Are there any fundamental factors that might give us a clue? I'm thinking of setting up a straddle position to profit from the volatility, but I'm a bit hesitant with all the uncertainty. What are your thoughts on using options in this situation?
