USDJPY is showing strong bullish momentum, supported by the RSI above 60. The pair is currently trading above the 20 and 50-day SMAs, which further confirms the upward trend. However, the 200-day SMA around 154.208 may act as a significant resistance level. A break above this level could signal a continuation of the bullish trend!

Hi @sophie1991, I agree about the bullish momentum, but RSI at 70+ is making me nervous! 😅 A pullback is likely soon. I'm more cautious about the 200 SMA being a strong resistance with the current news environment. The news about Iran could invalidate some technicals imo.
