I remember that 2400 spike I mentioned, it happened right after some positive crypto news came out, and then it just reversed harder than a cheap suit. This CLARITY Act thing could be the same kind of bait. I'm staying away from opening any new positions until I see a clear direction. My account took a beating last week, and I'm not ready for another round of panic selling. Better to watch and learn than jump in and regret it later, right?
