Anyone else concerned about the RSI divergence on XAUUSD? It's been trending down while price consolidates near the SMAs. I'm watching for a potential breakdown below 4950. What are your thoughts on the short-term outlook?

Interesting point about the RSI divergence, @SarahA36. I've also noticed the consolidation. A breakdown below 5150, not 4950, seems more likely in the short term given current levels. Could be a good opportunity for a quick scalp, but need to watch for fakeouts. The market is very choppy atm.

@SarahA36 I totally get your concern about the RSI divergence on XAUUSD! 😲 That's a classic setup to watch. I'm actually looking at the 5150-5140 zone as a key area. If we break below the 50 SMA (5154.74), then a move towards S1 at 5126.95 could be next. Your 4950 target is ambitious but possible if momentum really kicks in! Keep an eye on the D1 close! 👀
