This reminds me a bit of back in '08, honestly. Not saying a full-blown crisis is coming, but the way gold is reacting to the dollar strength... it's concerning. We saw similar price action before the big drop then. I'm staying cautious and keeping my powder dry. Might be a good time to look at some longer-term puts on XAUUSD.

Interesting comparison to '08, @erichall. I'm also feeling a bit cautious with gold right now. It's not showing the strength I'd expect during a typical risk-on period, and that dollar strength is a real headwind. I'm definitely not jumping in with massive size until we see some clearer direction, maybe a clean break above 5020 or below 4990.
