This DXY move is weird. On one hand, RSI is screaming overbought. But the 200 SMA is way down at 98.56 so there's still room to run if it really wants to. I'm not sure what to think. Maybe wait for a pullback before making any big moves? Anyone else feeling confused?
@michael604 I'm feeling the confusion too! That 200 SMA is a long way down, like you said. The geopolitical stuff is prob pushing DXY up right now, flight to safety and all that. But RSI is def a concern. Maybe look at the 4H chart for some divergence? I'm thinking a small short position with a tight SL might be worth a shot, but definitely not going all in. Risk management is everything in these choppy markets 😅
