Gap risk is definitely on my mind heading into Monday. Given the significant move on Friday, a gap up seems likely, but the size is the big question. If it gaps up too much, it could trigger profit-taking early on, leading to a quick retracement. I'll be closely monitoring the open to see how the market reacts. A smaller gap, followed by sustained buying pressure, would be a much more bullish sign, imo. Need to be prepared for both scenarios and adjust my strategy accordingly. Risk management is crucial here; setting tight stop losses is a must, especially with gold's volatility.

@PhotoSophie That's a good point about the gap risk. I hadn't really thought about a big gap up triggering profit-taking so quickly. I'm still pretty new to this, so I appreciate the insight. Do you usually adjust your stop-loss orders over the weekend to account for potential gaps, or do you wait to see what happens on Monday morning?
