I'm still reeling from that ridiculous move yesterday. I had a long position open, expecting it to hold that 4380 support based on the 50 SMA. Then, out of nowhere, a news headline pops up about some minor geopolitical tension, and the algo tanks it straight to 4360 in minutes. It completely ignored the RSI divergence I was watching. This is why I hate trading during US session overlap with EU session news; it's pure chaos and designed to catch retail traders. Lost a decent chunk of my capital because of that phantom sell-off. You really can't trust these moves, they're engineered. Definitely learned my lesson about being too reliant on technicals when the big players are clearly orchestrating moves.
