Wow, that headline about EUR/JPY is interesting. Makes me wonder if we'll see some yen weakness spill over into USDJPY too. I was watching the 200 SMA around 158.55 earlier, and price is hovering near it. If the yen really starts to weaken like that headline suggests, we might see a push back up towards 159.20 or even higher.

@sophie7626 Yeah, I saw that headline too. Sounds like the yen might be getting weaker, which is exactly what I want to see for my next play. If it breaks that 200 SMA, I'm going all in long on Monday. No mercy.

Hey @sophie7626, I hear you on that potential yen weakness. Those headlines can certainly paint a picture, but I've found it's crucial to see if the price action actually follows through. We're right at that 200 SMA you mentioned around 158.55, and it's acting as a decent support level for now. If we see a clean break and hold above, say, 158.80 which is R1, then maybe that headline sentiment starts to translate. But if it bounces hard off this SMA and heads back down toward the S1 pivot at 158.56, then that yen weakness might just be noise, and we could see a move lower. I'm watching the RSI too; it's sitting at 37, so there's room for it to climb if a bullish move starts, but it's not screaming 'buy' just yet. Patience is key here.
