The DXY is currently consolidating around the 97.60 level. The Bollinger Bands indicate a squeeze, suggesting a potential breakout in either direction. I'll be watching for a confirmed break above 97.75 or below 97.49 to signal the next move. Volume is relatively low, so confirmation will be key.

One more thing to add: I'm also keeping an eye on the 50-day SMA at 97.35. If the DXY breaks below the lower Bollinger Band and S1, that 50-day SMA will be the next major support level to watch. A break below that would signal a potential trend reversal. Just my thoughts.

Update: Still watching the DXY. The 20-day SMA at 97.62 seems to be acting as dynamic resistance right now. A decisive break above that could trigger a move towards R1 at 97.75. However, failure to break could lead to a retest of S1 at 97.60. Patience is key here.
