XAUUSD Dec 8
XAUUSD looking very bullish! RSI confirms upward momentum. I'm targeting 3900 as a potential resistance. The SMAs are aligning nicely, with price comfortably above the 20 and 50. I believe we will see continued upward movement this week. My stop loss is placed conservatively below the 50 SMA. I'm also watching the Bollinger Bands for potential overbought conditions, but for now, the trend is definitely our friend! This could be a great swing trade opportunity!

Update: I've adjusted my TP to 3915 based on the current momentum! Let's see how it plays out.

@rajeshpilot 3900 seems a bit too optimistic imo. We're already above the 200 SMA, and the short term trend is definitely up. I'm not convinced it will go that high immediately. Maybe consolidate a bit first? I agree the RSI is strong, but it could easily become overbought soon. I'm more inclined to watch for a retest of the 50 SMA before adding to positions. What's your take on potential profit taking around 5050?
