My biggest bad habit is probably chasing the market after a big move. See EURUSD spike, think I missed it, then jump in right at the top. Classic Ava Jackson. Needs more discipline on entries, less FOMO.

Honestly, it's like my brain just short-circuits when I see a large candle. The logical part of my brain knows to wait for a pullback or confirmation, but then the impulsive part takes over. I've been trying to implement a strict 'wait for 1-2 candles after a move' rule, but it's a struggle. Especially with this current chop around 1.1527, it feels like every tick is a potential entry and exit. The news about the Fed potentially hiking is also adding to the noise, making it harder to focus on pure technicals for EURUSD. I'm working on it, though.
