EURUSD is currently exhibiting a neutral trend, oscillating around the 50-day SMA. The RSI(14) at 47.7 further confirms this indecision. It will be crucial to observe price action around the 1.1800 level, as a sustained break above or below could signal the next directional move. A period of consolidation may precede a more significant breakout.

@JustinWright, I agree that 1.1800 is a key level to watch. However, with the current bearish momentum, I am more inclined to anticipate a break below rather than above. We must remain vigilant!

Hey @JustinWright, your analysis is solid, but I think we might be underestimating the potential for a surprise move. The neutral trend you mentioned is true, but in these early morning hours, anything can happen. I'm seeing a lot of sideways action, but the Bollinger Bands are starting to tighten up, which usually means a breakout is coming. Could be up, could be down, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a volatility spike soon. The key, as always, is risk management!
