It's a bit confusing with the DXY right now. We've got the RSI firmly in bearish territory around 38, suggesting downward pressure. However, the 200-day SMA is holding at 99.00, which is a pretty significant long-term level. On top of that, the price is currently hovering just above the S2 pivot point at 99.14. News like the EUR/USD showing signs of recovery could also imply dollar weakness. I'm struggling to reconcile these mixed signals for a clear directional bias heading into tomorrow's trading.

@OliverSmith63 Totally feel you on the DXY confusion! It's like the RSI wants to go down, but the price action and SMAs are saying 'hold up!'. I'm watching that 99.00 level like a hawk too, feels super important for now. 👀

hey @OliverSmith63, this DXY feels like a bear trap waiting to happen. RSI is low but look at the 200 SMA and the pivots. It's been holding 99.00 forever. I think smart money is just letting it dip a bit to shake out weak hands before a squeeze. Don't get caught selling the dip here.
