This slow grind this morning reminds me a bit of that choppy period back in August last year. Remember when XAUUSD just went sideways for like a week around 4400-4450? Everyone was bored stiff, then suddenly it just exploded upwards. Feels kinda similar now, just watching and waiting.

Yeah @leobell17, I remember that August grind. Total boredom. This morning feels exactly the same, just watching the tape go nowhere. They're probably just building liquidity before another rip or dump. Classic manipulation tactics. Saw gold just hover around 4470, not convinced it's going anywhere substantial. Just waiting for a real move, or another excuse to blame the bots.
