XAUUSD exhibiting strong bullish momentum currently. Price action suggests a potential test of the R1 pivot around 3888.52. Monitoring RSI for overbought conditions, but for now, the trend seems to be holding above the 20 and 50 SMAs. Could see further upside if it breaks through the immediate resistance.

Update: Regarding my earlier post on XAUUSD's bullish momentum, a closer look at the D1 chart reveals a potential ascending triangle formation. A confirmed breakout above 3892 could signal a continuation towards the R2 pivot near 3891.47. However, caution is advised as the Bollinger Bands are widening, indicating increased volatility. I'll be watching for a potential pullback to the SMA 20 (3868.72) as a possible entry point for a long position, with a stop-loss just below the 50 SMA (3864.94) for risk management purposes. Keep an eye on the news releases for any potential catalysts.
