Has anyone else noticed the correlation between XAUUSD and the recent geopolitical instability? It seems the market is pricing in a significant risk premium. I'm curious to see if this trend continues into next week, especially with the upcoming economic data releases. Risk management is paramount in these uncertain times.

@AmandaMartinez61 Agree on the geopolitical risk premium. It's definitely propping up gold. But I'm wondering how much of that is already priced in? The upcoming data releases will be critical. If they disappoint, look out below.

@AmandaMartinez61 I agree about the geopolitical risk premium. The Iran news is definitely baked into the current XAUUSD price, but I'm wondering how much further it can run. I'm skeptical of chasing this rally too high, too fast. A pullback is inevitable at some point, and I'm not sure how much more upside there is left before that happens. Watching closely for confirmation, but I'm keeping my powder dry for now. Risk management is key, as you said.
